Refund policy

Return Policy
All sales are final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. The only product eligible for a return or refund if you simply no longer want it is the VR30 Oil Solenoid Block-Off Plate, within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Reporting an Issue
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@jraccessoriesusa.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Off-Road Use Notice
Some products we sell are intended for off-road use only and may be considered illegal modifications in certain U.S. states. These items can trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL) or Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). If this doesn't work for your needs, please see our Return Policy above; only the VR30 Oil Solenoid Block-Off Plate qualifies for a change-of-mind return.

What We Don't Accept
Returns for wrong fitment, change of mind after installation, or installed items will not be accepted. Returns for change of mind on any product other than the VR30 Oil Solenoid Block-Off Plate will not be accepted either. Do not send anything back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will be rejected.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
