The factory oil pressure control solenoid is a known weak point on the VR30DDTT platform. When it starts failing, it happens silently. No warning light. No CEL. Just dropping oil pressure under load until the damage is already done.

This block-off plate eliminates that risk entirely.
It removes the factory solenoid and stabilizes oil pressure delivery under boost and hard driving. No Check Engine Light will be visible on the dash. A DTC code may still be stored and can be shown with an OBD scanner. Clean install.
