Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your item is on backorder, please allow approximately 2 additional weeks for processing before your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (USA & Puerto Rico)

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, including Puerto Rico. All domestic orders ship via USPS. Delivery times vary by location and service selected at checkout. Domestic shipments include USPS insurance. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you can file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS International. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Insurance & Lost Packages

Domestic orders include USPS insurance coverage. International shipments may not include insurance depending on the destination country and service selected. JRAccessories is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages on international orders where USPS does not provide coverage. For domestic claims, please contact USPS directly. We're happy to provide your tracking information and any documentation needed to support your claim.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to countries currently suspended by USPS. If your country is unavailable at checkout, it may be due to an active USPS suspension. Visit usps.com for the current list.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Track your package at usps.com or through your order confirmation. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
